chef's spontaneous food and beverage 79pp.

coarse is the brainchild of award-winning restaurateur vincent chirico. chef vince curates a unique dining experience where guests interact solely with chefs. guests can choose to dine à la carte or to have a spontaneous meal designed for them. coarse strives to feature local, organic, and sustainable ingredients.

 

brooklyn-born chef vince owns and is the executive chef of uws staple Vai. he has worked with industry giants like daniel bouloud, jean-georges vongerichten, rocco dispirito, marco moreira, marcus samuelsson, and sarah jenkins. he has cooked internationally at michelin-star restaurants in france, spain, italy, sweden, and california.

 

chef marco arnold has lived and cooked all over the world including england, israel, france, and italy, where he worked at michelin-rated alle murate. in nyc, he has worked as the executive chef for ristorante asellina and the gansevoort hotel, for fig&olive, and for industry kitchen, which he also opened.

 

nyc-based travel photographer amon focus is the creative director of new york said, a photo collection whose mission is “to shed light on the voices throughout the city that are often overlooked.” his photos capture nyc moments that evoke subtle messages—many of them are featured throughout coarse.

 

noemi manser is a nyc-based artist and model whose murals have been featured all over the world. her artwork is a visual diary of the play between matter and spirituality. the faces featured on the walls and beams of coarse are her work.
